Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate and musician, Patrick Fakoya, popularly known as Rico Swavey is in critical condition due to a ghastly accident on Tuesday.

This was made known by Alex Unusual in a Twitter post few hours ago. Alex who was a Fellow housemate and reality star calls for prayers on her handle.

She writes “Please put @iamricoswavey in your prayers today. He was involved in a ghastly accident hours ago and the doctors are still trying to resuscitate him as I just left the hospital. It’s really critical. I’m staying positive. #PrayForRicoSwavey”

Following Alex tweet, fellow BBNaija stars and fans took to their Twitter handles to pray for Rico Swavey. In which Phyna tweeted, “Prayers for Rico Swavey! May your recovery be swift and complete, God take control”

Not quiet long a fan tweeted,"May God protect you and guide you into recovery Rico, don’t give up fighting for your life prayers and warm wishes to your family as well Get well soon RICO SWAVEY #PrayForRicoSwavey"
